5 out of 5 starsOnly reason they got a 2 star on shipping is because the whole corner of the box was torn and damaged, which I know isn't exactly their fault but still. However, because it was wrapped in bubble wrap so well, it was not damaged so I am happy.

4 out of 5 starsSent as a gift so I did not actually see the mug…recipient said it was beautiful…description said it was a homemade item…so I am confused as there is a stamp from China on the bottom…but definitely a beautiful coffee mug.
